AT&T Sales Associate

Crowson Management, Inc.is appointing an AT&T Sales Associate for our Westminster office to expand market presence for our client, AT&T. As a sales and business consulting leader, we seek individuals proficient in consultative selling and enterprise mobile solution development. You’ll drive sales growth by engaging customers during in-person interactions, showcasing solutions, and having solution-oriented conversations. 

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will specialize in AT&T’s platform and services, providing clients with applicable mobile solutions. Your role centers on mastering client systems and service tiers to execute precise sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for staying current on mobile technologies and product knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Essential Functions of the AT&T Sales Associate

  • Engage decision makers through in-person interaction, initiating sales and presenting solutions provided by AT&T.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new and existing AT&T customers, guiding them through wireless plans, services, and activation steps.
  • Conduct structured outreach and needs assessments to match mobile connectivity solutions with customer usage goals.
  • Present tailored wireless proposals, manage account setup, and ensure smooth activation across service tiers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of account status, service history, and customer interactions to support campaign tracking.
  • Address service-related inquiries, coordinate timely resolutions, and communicate updates on product enhancements.
  • Monitor account performance and follow up to support renewals, device upgrades, and long-term retention.

Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in consumer sales, wireless outreach, or account coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage structured sales workflows, meet activation targets, and deliver mobile-first customer solutions.
