Part-Time Fitness Trainer

FIT CULTR is looking for a high energy, motivated Part-Time Trainer / Coach to lead group training sessions and create an exceptional member experience.

 We are building leaders who can motivate, connect, and bring energy into every class while delivering structured, strength-based programming.

You’ll be coaching functional bodybuilding-style workouts that combine strength, conditioning, and performance-based training in a group setting.

💪 Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach group training classes (strength + conditioning)
  • Demonstrate movements and ensure proper form, technique, and safety
  • Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
  • Create a high-energy, motivating, and inclusive environment
  • Build relationships with members and foster community
  • Support gym events, challenges, and community activations
  • Assist with class flow, equipment setup, and overall studio experience

  • Reliable, professional, and coachable

💡 Bonus (not required but preferred):

  • Background in strength training, functional fitness, or group training
  • Certifications (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
  • CPR/AED certified

⏰ Schedule

  • Early mornings, evenings, and/or Saturdays
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability
