Operations and Customer Care Coordinator
Marion Parke is seeking a detail-orientated Operations and Customer Care Coordinator to help manage both its day-to-day back of office systems as well as provide front-facing customer support.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will become fluent in our backend systems to support our growing business while managing B2C & B2B customer care. This role sits at the center of product, sales, and logistics— ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all operational touch points.
The ideal candidate also brings a strong foundation in operations within apparel or accessories, paired with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Success in this role means being highly organized, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and flexible working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates should enjoy engaging with both B2C & B2B customers and always willing to solve a problem with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shipping and fulfillment processes for all sales channels
- Support with day-to-day relationship with 3PL warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across inbound and outbound operations
- Oversee product setup, including style number creation, SKU management, and system maintenance
- Support marketplace operations, including feed setup, inventory accuracy, and returns management
- Provide product data (UPC codes, style numbers, labeling details) to factory partners
- Monitor inventory levels, initiate cycle counts, and resolve variances
- Communicate clear inbound shipment instructions and operational updates to warehouse partners
- Manage B2C customer care – prior experience using CRM platforms is a plus
- Support the wholesale business by managing invoicing and special orders
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience within apparel, accessories, or related industry
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with systems such as Shopify, QuickBooks,
- JOOR and Narvar is a plus
- Prior experience with IMS or ERP systems as well as WMS and CRM platforms is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Clear, effective and kind communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple priorities
Compensation
- Salary range of $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience
