Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

 

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of various marketing initiatives, such as email marketing campaigns, industry trade events, print marketing advertisements, and demonstration videos. This role will collaborate closely with the commercial teams and contribute across a wide range of marketing functions including strategic campaign planning, graphic design, marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and more.

 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns with support and collaboration from Marketing Lead and VP of Product Management & Marketing 

Manage and execute promotional calendar, including email marketing, social media posts, print advertisements, and trade event support

Create and maintain marketing collateral including product brochures, portfolio line cards, lab-created formula cards, and branded promotional giveaways

Proactively manage website content across corporate websites, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate, including marketing pages and product pages

Provide internal marketing support as needed- this includes logo management, employee branded gifts and apparel, office branding, etc.

 

 

 

Key Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

1-2 years of experience in a professional marketing role strongly preferred, with the ability to demonstrate and share success and skills developed in previous role

Proficient in Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects at one time

Refined verbal, written, and formal presentation skills

Well-demonstrated ability to collaborate across a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Basic proficiency in HTML within pre-existing templates for email campaign coding preferred

Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager preferred
