Not only do we install roofs, but we manage complex restoration lifecycles that protect our clients' most significant investments. We are currently looking for a select few individuals who are interested in learning the mechanics of this high-growth industry from the ground up as we grow our sales/outreach team. While this is a front-line sales role, we keep a close eye on top performers for long-term operational and leadership roles within M&T. We believe the best leaders in our company are the ones who have mastered the hardest part of the business first: the face-to-face acquisition. For the right person, this role is the proving ground. If you can dominate the sales process, you will earn the opportunity to learn the operations, project-management, and scaling of a multi-million dollar service business.
TLDR: You will identify homeowners in need of restoration services and consult them on their initial options.
Requirements:
- Active Enrollment in a University: Ideally pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or a related field (though we value drive over a specific major).
- Reliable Transportation: This is a field-based role. You must have a consistent way to get to assigned territories and manage your outreach.
- Smartphone Literacy: Proficiency in using mobile CRM tools and communication apps to track leads and territory progress in real-time.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to be on your feet, navigate neighborhoods, and engage with homeowners.
- Demonstrated "Win" Record: Evidence of excellence in a competitive environment (e.g., collegiate athletics, high-level Greek life leadership, previous high-quota sales, or a self-started side hustle).
- High Rejection Tolerance: A proven ability to remain professional and persistent after being told "no." We are looking for those who view a closed door as a data point, not a personal slight.
- Autonomous Work Ethic: The discipline to manage a "commission-only" schedule without a manager hovering over your shoulder. You must be a self-starter who treats your territory like your own small business.
- Command of Presence: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a stranger in under 30 seconds.
