HCSS Software Product Analyst

We are seeking a Software Product Analyst to bridge construction operations and technology—developing tools that improve field productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions for construction operations
  • Build integration across HCSS platforms 
  • Partner with field and project teams to improve workflows and develop KPI’s
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple databases, and system integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Civil construction, infrastructure, or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with HCSS and construction industry software
