Full-Time Mental Health Worker – Apartment Based Supportive Services

Looking to make a real impact in your community? At Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI), we help people live more independently while supporting their mental health and overall well-being. Join our team and provide hands-on support to adults with mental illness or brain injuries in apartment-style settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Support individuals in independent living skills and mental health management
  • Teach community integration skills: managing medications, finances, transportation, and social interactions
  • Facilitate social activities and recreational events
  • Provide 1:1 support and model coping strategies and healthy habits

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in client-facing roles, working with adults or children with mental health challenges, or fast-paced environments
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Must pass background and federal screenings

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • 1+ year experience supporting individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness

Shifts Available

  • Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
