Growth Marketing Intern

Looking for a Growth Marketing Virtual Assistant to work directly with the founder of PI Marketing — a mobile app growth studio that scaled an app to 250K+ downloads. We're now building an AI-powered growth agency and scaling our own consumer apps.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Research and build prospect lists of mobile app founders and startups
  • Send personalized LinkedIn and email outreach (templates provided)
  • Manage our CRM pipeline in Airtable or Notion
  • Schedule meetings and handle follow-ups
  • Help draft and edit LinkedIn content and social media posts
  • Support paid ad campaign operations (Meta, Apple Search Ads)
  • General business operations and inbox management

What You'll Learn:

  • How mobile apps actually grow from 0 to 250K+ downloads
  • Paid acquisition, UGC strategy, and AI marketing tools
  • What it's like to work directly with a founder building multiple ventures

Requirements:

  • Marketing, Business, Communications, or related major
  • Strong written English
  • Organized, reliable, comfortable with async + remote work
  • Bonus: experience with social media, Canva, Notion, or ads platforms

Details:

  • 15-20 hours/week, flexible schedule
  • Remote
  • Paid: $400 a month

You'll get real startup experience, direct founder access, and a role that actually matters. Not a coffee-fetching internship.
