NEW GRADS WELCOME – Entry-Level Audit Associate (Payroll Compliance)

Full-Time | In Person | $55,000–$65,000

Recent graduate in Accounting or Finance? Launch your career with hands-on audit experience and direct mentorship from experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with payroll compliance audits for employee benefit plans and union clients
  • Review payroll and financial records for accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze data and prepare audit reports using Excel
  • Travel to client sites across New York State (mostly single-day audits)
  • Work closely with managers and senior accountants

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Excel skills required (training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
