QC Laboratory Intern (Chemistry) – New Providence, NJ or Jackson, MI

About the New Providence, NJ Facility:
location serves as a premier Innovation & Technical Center. It is home to state-of-the-art laboratories and corporate functions that drive global research in areas like analytics, coatings, and performance chemicals. Students working here will be at the heart of our technical decision-making and business strategy, working in a modern, collaborative environment near major transit hubs.

About the Jackson, MI Facility:
Jackson facility is a world-class production and testing site focused on surface treatment and high-performance industrial solutions. This site is a leader in sustainability, operating on 100% renewable electricity. Interns here gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specifically focusing on quality control, non-destructive testing (NDT), and chemical engineering processes that support the global aerospace and automotive markets.

Location: New Providence, NJ or Jackson, MI

Duration: 3-6 Months
 

Job Summary:

  • Support our QC Lab in maintaining the highest standards for Client products. You will gain exposure to standardized testing procedures and industrial lab environments.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Perform routine chemical and physical analysis on raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate electronic lab notebooks and documentation.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure product specifications are met. Requirements:
  • Current Sophomore, Junior, seniors -  majoring in Chemistry or a related STEM field.
  • Comfortable working in a lab setting with strict safety compliance.
