Event Hospitality Assistant
The Carolinas Collision Association is hiring hospitality students to assist with a professional conference in Charlotte on April 23–24. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, guest services, and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with registration and guest check-in
- Distribute materials and gift bags
- Provide directions and support to attendees
- Help monitor entry points and event flow
- Assist with light setup and breakdown
Details:
- Pay: $20/hour
- Location: Embassy Suites Charlotte/Concord

Schedule:
- Thursday (4/23): 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday (4/24): 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Multiple team members will be scheduled to allow for breaks.
