Event Hospitality Assistant

The Carolinas Collision Association is hiring hospitality students to assist with a professional conference in Charlotte on April 23–24. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, guest services, and networking.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with registration and guest check-in
  • Distribute materials and gift bags
  • Provide directions and support to attendees
  • Help monitor entry points and event flow
  • Assist with light setup and breakdown

Details:

  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Location: Embassy Suites Charlotte/Concord
  • Schedule:
    • Thursday (4/23): 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
    • Friday (4/24): 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Multiple team members will be scheduled to allow for breaks.
