Duties:
- Lead guided Segway tours of the National Mall, providing visitors with an informative and engaging experience
- Educate visitors about the history, culture, and significance of the sites
- Conduct tours in a professional and entertaining manner, utilizing public speaking skills to captivate audiences
- Manage time effectively to ensure that tours run smoothly and stay on schedule
- Communicate clearly and effectively with visitors, answering questions and providing additional information as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that visitors have a positive and memorable experience
- Teach guests to operate the Segway and ensure the safety of tour participants

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and manage groups of varying sizes
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and entertain tour participants
- Time management skills to keep tours on schedule and ensure a smooth flow of activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to visitors in a clear and concise manner
