A growing promotions and events team is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated students or recent graduates to join as Event Assistants. This role involves supporting live promotional campaigns, interacting with customers in person, and helping represent client brands at event-based marketing activities.
This opportunity is well suited to individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in events, communication, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns within a supportive team environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the setup and coordination of promotional event spaces and branded displays
- Represent campaigns at live events and community locations
- Interact with customers and share information about products or services
- Help create positive customer experiences through friendly and professional communication
- Support outreach activities aimed at increasing customer awareness and engagement
- Work collaboratively with team members and campaign leaders during events
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
- Adapt to different event locations and rotating campaign schedules
