Administrative Sales Assistant

Administrative Sales Assistant Intern (Sales Support)

We’re looking for an intern to support our sales team—someone who wants real exposure, not busy work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working directly with our sales reps and leadership to keep deals moving and operations organized:

Manage and track leads, customers, and follow-ups

Coordinate appointments and communication for field reps

Assist with calls, emails, and client interactions

Organize CRM data, notes, and sales activity

Help prep proposals, reports, and job documentation

Support scheduling, routing, and territory planning

Research leads, competitors, and local opportunities

What This Role Is Really About

Our sales team is responsible for generating business, managing relationships, and closing deals across their territory. This role supports that entire process—keeping everything organized, efficient, and moving forward.

You won’t just “assist”—you’ll see how deals actually come together.
