US Recruitment Intern

ABOUT INVERA TALENT INC:
Invera Talent Inc is our US-based venture focused on high-level recruitment, talent acquisition, and business development. Our mission is to establish a strong presence in the American market by working closely with companies in need of qualified specialist talent. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE GAINED 
As an intern, you will develop practical skills in the US recruitment lifecycle and B2B sales. You will learn market analysis, specialized candidate sourcing, and how to conduct professional client dialogues within the American business culture. You will also gain experience in building operational structures for a growing international startup. 

THE ROLE & PRACTICAL WORK
We are seeking a proactive individual to help drive our operational growth in the US. This is a dual-focus role where you will work with both business development (finding clients with hiring needs) and recruitment (matching the right candidates to those needs). 
 

  • Identify and analyze market trends and hiring needs within the US market Prospect and build relationships with companies requiring recruitment services 
  • Source and recruit candidates, matching them to relevant job assignments 
  • Manage professional client dialogues and support business development efforts 
  • Contribute to building the internal structures and processes for Invera Talent Inc 
  • Collaborate with the team to establish our brand presence in the American market  


CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  •  Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) 
  • A commercial mindset with a strong interest in recruitment and sales 
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment 
  • An interest in the US business landscape and cultural nuance
