Creative Operations Intern (Design + Business + Content)

TORO is a fast-growing branded apparel and merchandise company serving businesses, schools, and organizations across DFW.

We are looking for a Creative Operations Intern who wants real-world experience at the intersection of design, business, and marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how products go from idea → design → production → delivery → customer experience.

🚀 What You’ll Be Part Of

At TORO, you won’t just “redraw logos.”

You’ll be involved in:

• building real client orders
• creating mockups and proofs
• seeing products produced in-house (screen print, embroidery, DTF)
• helping create content from our production floor to end users events

🧠 What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities (Business + Design)

• Create mockups and proofs for client orders
• Assist with product sourcing and quoting
• Help organize and manage orders in our system 
• Support Account Managers with day-to-day operations

Secondary Responsibilities (Content + Social)

• Take photos/videos of products and production
• Assist with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content
• Help create simple posts and short-form video (Reels)

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We are NOT looking for just a designer.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Fast and responsive
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks
• Interested in business, not just design
• Willing and an interest to learn how things actually get produced

✅ Preferred Skills

• Basic Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or Canva
• Interest in branding or marketing
• Familiarity with social media platforms

• This is a structured role with defined working hours
• Professional communication and reliability are required
• You will be part of a fast-paced production environment

💰 Compensation & Growth

• $15–$18/hour (part-time)
• Opportunity to grow into other roles:
