At RFP Homes, we run one of the fastest-moving off-market investment marketplaces in DFW - working directly with real estate investors buying and selling properties every single week.

This internship is designed for people who want to test themselves in a real sales environment and see if they have what it takes to build a career in investment real estate.

The Reality of Investment Sales

This is one of the most competitive career paths in the world.

Less than 20% of people who enter investment sales are still doing it 5 years later.

But the ones who make it don’t just “have a job.”
They build real businesses, real income, and change the trajectory of their families.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working directly alongside our sales team:

• Learning how to source and speak with real estate investors
• Sitting in on live call blocks and deal conversations
• Assisting with investor outreach and follow-ups
• Attending property walkthroughs with agents and buyers
• Understanding how deals are structured, negotiated, and closed
• Learning how a high-volume investment sales team operates daily

This is not a passive internship.
You will be involved.
