Sales & Partnerships Intern
Outland Club Co. is seeking a driven, confident, and outgoing Sales & Partnerships Intern to help expand our brand through strategic outreach and real-world connections. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sales, business development, and lifestyle brands.
You’ll play a key role in growing Outland Club Co. by connecting with businesses, brands, events, and retail stores to introduce our custom hat offerings and wholesale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to brands, companies, and event organizers to pitch custom Outland hats
- Identify and connect with retail stores for wholesale opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with potential partners and clients
- Assist in developing sales strategies and outreach messaging
- Track leads, conversations, and deals in an organized manner
- Represent Outland Club Co. professionally in meetings, emails, and calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in outreach (DMs, email, in-person, or calls)
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads/opportunities
