AI Agent Engineer
Job description
1. Responsible for the overall architecture design and core function development of Agent applications, including large model adaptation, Translation memory, Knowledge Base, Skills and other core modules;
2. Based on the business scenario requirements, design and implement the core capabilities of Agent, such as task planning, logical reasoning, and decision execution, to enhance the ability of the agent to solve complex problems independently;
3. Responsible for Performance optimization and stability assurance of Agent applications, including response delay optimization, concurrency capacity enhancement, and error disaster recovery mechanism design;
4. Integrate core technologies such as Translation memory, Knowledge Base, Skills, etc. to precipitate the general agent development framework, component library and technical solutions to support the rapid landing of business;
5. Track the cutting-edge technology trends in the Agent field, research the latest intelligent agent architecture and technology, and implement it in business scenarios to enhance product technical competitiveness;
6. Be able to promote the full process landing of AI Agent products from demand to launch end-to-end, and continuously iterate and optimize product experience and business value.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, etc.
More than 2 years of experience in backend development or AI application development, with preference given to those with experience in Agent project development.
3. Familiar with the basic principles, ability boundaries and application scenarios of large language models, with a strong interest in AI technology exploration and strong learning ability;
4. Good teamwork and communication skills, able to promote project implementation across teams;
5. Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Node.js, with good coding habits and engineering skills.
6. Full stack ability with front-end and client experience is a plus
7. High-quality personal representative works/open source projects can be showcased for bonus points
