OAKES DIRECT DRIVER
Location: Oakes Kia – North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible hours, including some weekends
Compensation: $19

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Oakes Direct Driver plays a key role in representing the Oakes Auto Group brand through safe, professional vehicle transportation and customer interactions. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable being on the move. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations and customer destinations
Prepare vehicles for delivery, including light cleaning such as wiping down and vacuuming
Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and presentable before each delivery
Maintain accurate records of pick-ups, drop-offs, and completed routes
Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and represents the Oakes brand with professionalism. The right candidate will have strong time management skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a positive, self-motivated, customer-focused attitude. Professional appearance, reliable transportation to and from work, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are all important for success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a standard background check

Strong reliability and consistent attendance

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Prior driving or delivery experience preferred, but not required
