Overview
Empower Therapy Services in Logan, UT is excited to expand our services and introduce occupational therapy to our clinic! We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing, family-owned therapy practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across two settings—our private practice clinic and a local school—while playing a key role in establishing and growing occupational therapy services within our clinic.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
  • Settings: Private practice clinic and School-based setting
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule (days/times to be discussed) 
  • Anticipated Start Date: June–July 2026 (contract will be completed in advance to allow time for insurance credentialing)

Compensation

  • Clinic Setting: TBD
  • School Setting: TBD
  • Drive Time: Paid drive time for commuting to the school setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services to pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members (including SLPs)
  • Document sessions and progress in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school collaboration as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current OT license in the state of Utah
  • Current insurance credentialing preferred, but not required
  • Experience with pediatric populations preferred
  • School-based experience a plus (but not required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently across settings
