Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing/Sales Intern to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a fast-paced proptech startup, working directly with leadership on brand development, digital campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, technology, and marketing, sales and is eager to contribute ideas that will shape the future of the leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and web)
- Create and schedule engaging content, including social media posts, captions, and short-form video concepts
- Appear on camera for marketing content, including social media videos, virtual tours, and promotional materials
- Support branding initiatives and help maintain a cohesive, elevated brand identity across all materials
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, pitch decks, and leasing materials
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and client outreach strategies
- Help analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize engagement and conversion
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance ForREAL’s visibility and user acquisition
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and tone
- Creative mindset with an interest in branding, storytelling, and digital content
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for video content and presentations
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
- Interest in real estate, startups, or technology is strongly preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work in the office and on-site at listings/properties
- Transportation is preferable
