About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads lead generation for service-based businesses. Our campaigns generate high-intent inbound leads from customers actively searching for services on Google.

The Role

We are hiring full cycle sales representatives to help us grow. This role is responsible for handling the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify service-based businesses that can benefit from our services
• Conduct cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Qualify potential clients and run sales calls and product demonstrations
• Close deals and assist in onboarding new clients

This is a commission-only role with recurring monthly commissions.

Compensation

• 30% recurring commission on every client you close

Our service pricing: $1500/month management fee.

Commission Example:

• 1 client = $450/month recurring
• 10 clients = $4500/month recurring
• 20 clients = $9000/month recurring

As long as the client remains active, you continue earning commission. No cap on earnings.

• Has experience in sales (preferably B2B)
• Is comfortable with cold outreach
• Has experience closing deals independently
