Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Do you love working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them? Join the YMCA of Middle TN as a YPlay Attendant! You’ll be part of a team dedicated to helping children grow in spirit, mind, and body.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children ages six weeks to six years.
- Lead fun activities like creative arts, story-time, and games.
- Assist with diaper changes and toilet training while following hygiene standards.
- Build positive relationships with parents and families.
- Maintain a safe and engaging space for all children.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A positive attitude, love for children, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Certifications:
- New Hire Orientation before your first shift.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
