The firm works across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, government contracting, infrastructure and energy projects, venture and private equity opportunities, and emerging technology platforms.

Our work involves close coordination with investors, business owners, institutional partners, and senior executives across multiple sectors. We operate in a fast-moving environment where high-quality communication, organization, and initiative are essential.

This internship is structured as a three-month audition for a potential founding team role within the firm.

The Opportunity

This position is designed for exceptional candidates who want early exposure to real transactions, investor relations, and strategic deal development.

The intern will work directly with senior principals and participate in activities that span investor outreach, deal sourcing, communications, research, marketing, and operational coordination.

At the conclusion of the internship period, high-performing candidates may be invited to join the firm full-time in a Chief of Staff–level or strategic leadership role, depending on performance and demonstrated capability.

Compensation during the internship is performance based. When transactions close, team members participate in a percentage of the deal economics. Successful candidates who convert to full-time roles will have access to excellent compensation, profit participation, and potential equity participation.

Core Responsibilities

This role sits at the center of communication and operational coordination for the firm. Responsibilities may include:

Investor Outreach and Capital Development

Research and identify investors, family offices, venture firms, private equity groups, and strategic partners

Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and professional networks

Support investor relations communications and follow-up

Deal Research and Pipeline Development

Assist with research on companies, industries, and transactions

Organize deal pipeline tracking and investor matching

Support due diligence preparation and information synthesis

Marketing and Communications

Manage LinkedIn and digital outreach campaigns

Assist with social media and digital marketing initiatives

Support content writing including investor communications and thought leadership

Administrative and Operational Support

CRM management using tools such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel

Calendar coordination and meeting scheduling

Client invoicing and internal documentation

Organization of research files and transaction materials

Event and Relationship Coordination

Assist with investor meetings and industry events

Coordinate communications between principals, clients, and partners

Maintain follow-up workflows after meetings and introductions

Strategic Support

Help synthesize large amounts of information quickly

Support internal strategy discussions and research projects

Communicate clearly with executives, investors, and partners across multiple time zones

Tools and Platforms

Candidates will gain experience working with professional tools such as:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

HubSpot and GoHighLevel CRM systems

Google Workspace

AI productivity tools

Canva and digital marketing platforms

This role is intended for individuals who are capable of operating in a high-performance environment and communicating at a professional level with senior executives.

Candidates should demonstrate:

Strong organizational ability and attention to detail

Comfort speaking with investors and senior executives

Ability to synthesize complex information quickly

Strong research and analytical skills

Confidence communicating via phone, Zoom, and written correspondence

Ability to work with international partners and fast-moving projects

Educational Background

At the end of the three-month period, top performers may be invited to join the firm full time in a role such as:
