Role Overview

We’re hiring a Communications & Content Associate to lead day-to-day communications across our platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll write, create, coordinate, and publish content that reaches executives, certified practitioners, and global audiences.

You’ll work closely with our co-CEOs and play a central role in shaping how we show up online, communicate with partners, and share our research and insights with the world.

This is an ideal opportunity for a current senior or recent graduate who loves writing, is highly organized, and wants to grow quickly in a mission-driven, high-performance environment.

 

What You’ll Do

Content & Writing

  • Draft LinkedIn posts for our co-CEOs and company channels
  • Write blogs, articles, and short-form thought leadership pieces
  • Create newsletters and email communications for our community
  • Draft facilitation materials and partner communications

Communications & Coordination

  • Manage updates to our website (no coding required)
  • Prepare materials for events, webinars, and speaking engagements
  • Support submissions for conferences, publications, and awards
  • Coordinate with certified partners and help maintain strong relationships

Brand & Messaging

  • Ensure consistent voice and messaging across all platforms
  • Help develop sales decks, brochures, and other client-facing materials
  • Conduct research to support content development and storytelling

Collaboration

  • Work directly with our co-CEOs and team on high-impact projects
  • Partner with contractors for SEO, design, and technical needs
  • Bring fresh ideas, experiment, and help us continuously improve

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to take ownership
  • Interested in leadership, organizational behavior, communications, or professional services

 

Preferred Background

You might be studying or have studied:

  • Communications
  • Marketing
  • English / Humanities

Experience with any of the following is a plus (but not required):

  • Writing for campus publications, clubs, or internships
  • Managing social media for an organization
  • Creating newsletters or event communications
  • Supporting faculty, research centers, or student organizations
  • Website content management (Wix experience is helpful)
