Business Development Associate

Job Title: Business Development Associate (Entry Level)Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team at Richtech Robotics. In this entry-level role, you will be the engine behind our sales pipeline, identifying new market opportunities for our cutting-edge service robots and helping businesses embrace the future of automation.
Core Responsibilities
 

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn) within key industries 
     
  • Product Demonstrations: Learn the technical and operational aspects of our robot fleet to conduct engaging live or virtual demos for potential clients.
     
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate lead data and activity logs to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Management team.
     
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to help refine our value proposition and sales pitches.
     
  • Event Support: Assist the team at trade shows and local networking events to generate buzz and capture on-site interest.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
     
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple, persuasive way.
     
  • Mindset: A "hunter" mentality—resilient, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling objections.
     
  • Tech-Savvy: A genuine passion for robotics and AI. Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues during demos is a plus.
