Chemours is seeking a Manufacturing Rotational Program Associate to join our Early Career Talent Development Program - Chemours Leadership LAB (Learn. Apply. Become).

 

The Chemours Leadership LAB was designed for ambitious early-career professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in manufacturing. Within our 3-year program, associates will rotate through multiple areas that support our manufacturing operations, acquire hands-on experience, interact with senior leadership, and contribute to strategic projects. Areas of focus areas may include manufacturing & process technology, maintenance, quality, and R&D.

 

By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the skills, insights, and network needed for a successful career in manufacturing roles.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist in daily operations within each rotation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Analyze data and produce actionable insights to improve manufacturing performance.

Participate in strategic projects and present findings to leadership.

Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a growth mindset throughout rotations.

 

The following is required for this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.

Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and team-work skills.

Eagerness to learn, with an interest in manufacturing.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates are required to maintain geographic flexibility and may be expected to relocate up to two times throughout their participation in the program to one of the following locations:

Belle, WV

Deepwater, NJ

El Dorado, AR

Fayetteville, NC

Gregory, TX

La Porte, TX

Louisville, KY

New Johnsonville, TN

Newark, DE

Parkersburg, WV

Pass Christian, MS

Starke, FL

Wilmington, DE

 

The following is preferred for this role:

Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in manufacturing roles
