Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, social media, marketing, strong interest in helping others feel their very best through healthy fitness strategies, while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses.
We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.
Join the HOTWORX Team! We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio…. the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Assistant Managers must be be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories!
Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:
- Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
- Showing up daily with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm - 35 to 40 hour work week
- Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment
- Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff
- Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner daily
- Managing staff schedule, manage the studio relating to all maintenance
- Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily
- Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns
- Completing all required trainings both online and in person as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful
- Social media content creation, business to business relationships, communtiy outreach
