Engagement & Culture Intern


 

Position Summary
Supports the Human Resources Department by assisting with employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. Works under the guidance of the Engagement & Culture Team Lead to help coordinate activities, gather feedback, and support programs that promote inclusion, morale, and a positive workplace environment. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in human resources, organizational culture, or employee engagement. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement and culture-building activities
  • Support organization and preparation of engagement materials and resources
  • Help track participation, feedback, and outcomes of engagement initiatives
  • Assist with internal communications related to engagement efforts
  • Support collaboration with Human Resources and department teams
  • Help promote inclusive and respectful workplace practices
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee-related information
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team
