Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions across various subjects, including early childhood education, special education, or adult education
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a respectful and productive learning environment
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and educators about learning goals, progress, and areas for development
• Support students with childcare needs when applicable, creating a safe and nurturing space for young learners

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with students of different ages, including children, preschoolers, or adults
• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital teaching tools
• Experience with special education needs or early childhood education is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to motivate students and collaborate effectively with families and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Prior classroom experience or childcare experience is preferred but not required
