Studio Office Manager
Job Title: Part-Time Studio & Office Management
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Studio & Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of administrative work, client interaction, and business management in a dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee studio and front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Greet clients, check them in, and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage class bookings, scheduling, and client accounts
- Maintain and organize contracts, waivers, and membership agreements
- Track attendance, memberships, and payments using spreadsheets and studio systems
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for organization, reporting, and tracking
- Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and readiness for classes and events
- Assist with workshops, events, and special studio offerings
- Support basic marketing efforts such as posting updates or communicating promotions
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Coordinate with instructors and staff to maintain smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization)

- Comfortable handling contracts, scheduling systems, and client records
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fitness, dance, or wellness studio
- Familiarity with booking software (Mindbody, Vagaro, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of business operations and studio management
- Experience with social media or client communications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, front desk, or similar role
- Availability for part-time hours, including evenings and/or weekends
Schedule & Hours:
Part-time position (approximately 10-12 hours per week). Flexible scheduling based on studio needs.
