Clinical Urology Research Fellow

The Prostate Institute of New England (PINE) is seeking a highly motivated medical or pre-medical student or recent graduate for a Clinical Urology Research Fellow position. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to work closely in a dynamic urology practice focused on clinical research and direct patient care.

The fellow will play a leadership role in ongoing clinical research projects related to prostate health, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, and focal therapy. This position is ideal for candidates interested in medicine, surgery, urology, clinical research, and healthcare innovation, particularly those planning to pursue medical school or a career in academic medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate clinical research projects through data collection, analysis, abstract preparation, and manuscript development
  • Work directly on ongoing studies, presentations, and publications
  • Lead a research team
  • Support preparation of conference abstracts, posters, presentations, and manuscripts

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in medicine, urology, surgery, or clinical research
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Prior research experience is preferred but not required
