Supports and assists the HR Manager, Compensation & Reporting in providing analytics and reporting in various areas of HR. Performs duties following established procedures in reporting and compensation.

 

  • Ensures HR data quality within multiple systems through frequent comprehensive audits
  • Generates reports and dashboards for HR analysis and corporate reporting
  • Conducts analysis of compensation and headcount data 
  • Calculates quarterly accruals for employee rewards 
  • Provides support for compensation analysis for offers, promotions, annual salary administration processes, and salary survey submissions
  • Administrative tasks related to communicating compensation changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Essential knowledge skills and abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Must be highly organized and have great attention to details
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently

 

Desired knowledge skills and abilities:

  • Intermediate/Advanced in Excel; working knowledge of Power Query is a plus
  • Power BI experience
