We are a well-established outpatient private practice with 18 employees and 5 providers, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative & Finance Coordinator to join our team and help keep our practice running smoothly.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who is eager to develop skills in both office administration and basic finance operations. The Administrative & Finance Coordinator will support day-to-day office functions, including bookkeeping, supply management, and mail processing, helping with other patient care matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including incoming and outgoing mail, office organization, and supply inventory/order management
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including entering invoices, reconciling accounts, importing banking and credit card transaction into Quickbooks and tracking expenses
- Support scheduling, filing, and other office operations as needed
- Help maintain accurate records and reports for the practice
- Collaborate with COO and other office staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide general support to staff and leadership as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or coursework in accounting, business, or related field required
- Basic experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable work ethic
