Staff Training Video Development Team Intern
Position Summary
The Staff Training Video Development Team Intern supports the creation and organization of video-based training materials for campaign staff and volunteers. This role provides hands-on experience in instructional video development while contributing to the campaign’s internal education and training efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with editing and production of staff training and onboarding videos
- Organize and manage video files, scripts, and related assets
- Support the Team Lead with revisions, captions, and accessibility updates
- Help translate written training materials into video-friendly formats
- Ensure training videos follow campaign branding and messaging guidelines
- Assist with updating and maintaining the training video library
- Track deadlines and support rapid updates to training content as needed
