Physical Therapy Aide-Rehabilitation Technician

The Rehabilitation Technician-Physical Therapy Aide is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL. The primary responsibilities include assisting therapy team with patient care, preparing treatment areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting efficient clinic operations. The role also involves interacting with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of their treatment plans, as well as assisting with therapeutic exercises and mobility practices under supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy support, with a focus on assisting in exercises and treatment procedures.
• Experience providing compassionate Patient Care in a therapy or medical environment.
• Excellent Communication skills to clearly interact with patients, families, and clinical team members.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or prior experience in a similar role are preferred.
