Role Title: AI Developer 
Location: New Jersey
We are hiring a highly motivated AI Developer to join our global engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, exposure to full stack development, and interest in AI enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support AI driven and full stack applications.
• Work with Python/Java, React.js, ES6+, TailwindCSS.
• Build workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance system performance.

Required Skills
• Master’s Degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering/Data Science/AI or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Basics of React.js, WebSockets, Electron/OpenFin, and modern UI tooling.
• Strong Python fundamentals (data structures, async programming, packaging).
• Familiarity with AI concepts: RAG, agent frameworks, vector stores, MCP servers.
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills.

Good to Have
• Exposure to distributed systems or event driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS CDK/CloudFormation/CI CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Global Markets/financial products.
