- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with EE’s messaging priorities, events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
- Create platform-optimized multimedia content (graphics, short-form video, and copy) for EE’s core social channels—Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—tailoring content to each platform’s audience and goals.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual cohesion, and strategic timing.
- Track and report performance metrics and continuously refine content strategy based on engagement data, audience insights, and platform trends.
- Proactively identify emerging social media trends, tools, platforms, and storytelling formats to keep EE’s presence fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Community Building and Influencer Partnerships
- Grow EE’s digital presence both within the CF community and among the general public, building awareness of the organization’s mission and impact and increasing the reach of EE’s social content.
- Develop and manage a structured influencer engagement strategy focused on CF community voices, coordinating collaborations, cross-posting, and campaign participation.
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with patient advocates, caregivers, researchers, clinicians, and aligned creators to expand EE’s storytelling network.
- Develop processes and infrastructure for managing collaborations (outreach templates, partnership guidelines, content workflows, tracking systems).
- Actively nurture EE’s online community by engaging in comments, DMs, and conversations to deepen connection, trust, and visibility within the CF community.

- Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to evaluate results and refine ad strategy over time.
Digital Marketing Support
- Provide support for digital marketing initiatives such as email formatting, campaign content preparation, or website updates as needed.
- Assist with digital promotion of major campaigns, events, and other emerging initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
This role is designed for an individual contributor who can integrate into EE’s team and dedicate consistent weekly focus to the organization, rather than operating in a traditional agency or client-services capacity.
