Full-Time Physical Therapist – Bend, OR
$38–$42/hour + Quarterly Bonus

Resolve Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic on the west side of Bend. We’re a small, patient-focused practice that values quality care, collaboration, and a sustainable workload for our staff.

Compensation

• Base pay: $38–$42 per hour, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus program that is highly attainable once your schedule is established
• Most therapists earn the bonus after their first full quarter, adding the equivalent of up to ~$4/hour on top of base pay

Our bonus structure is not based on seeing more patients per hour, but rather on maintaining a healthy number of visits per evaluation—supporting consistent patient care rather than high-volume scheduling.

About the Clinic
Resolve is a locally owned outpatient clinic with an open, welcoming space and a supportive team environment. We prioritize one-on-one patient care, allowing therapists the time they need to deliver high-quality treatment. We also work closely with many other healthcare providers in the Bend community.

Clinical Focus
Our practice commonly treats:

• Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Running-related injuries

Therapists are encouraged to bring their own clinical interests and specialties to the practice.
