Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education | Children of America

Location: Appleton, WI | Pay: $16.50–$19.00/hr + benefits & childcare discount

Your Role:

  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons
  • Create a safe, structured, and positive classroom
  • Communicate with children, families, and team members
  • Support emotional, social, and cognitive development

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (ECE credits preferred)
  • 1+ year in licensed childcare
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Passion for early childhood education and growth
