Operations Leadership Development Program
Our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential leaders who aspire to become Operations Managers, Materials Managers, and ultimately Plant Managers.
Through a structured 36-month rotational program across our manufacturing plants and distribution centers, participants gain hands-on leadership experience, develop operational expertise, and build the skills required to lead large teams in complex industrial environments.
This program offers a fast-track path to leadership within our operations organization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Participants complete 3–4 rotational assignments across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Each rotation provides increasing leadership responsibility and real business impact.

Production / Operations Leadership
Lead a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while managing hourly employees. -
Materials & Supply Chain Management
Manage inventory, production planning, procurement coordination, and distribution network operations. -
Distribution Center Operations
Gain exposure to warehouse management, logistics operations, and service level performance. -
Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence
Lead improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methodologies. - Participants will lead improvement projects tied directly to operational KPIs and financial performance.

- Alongside rotational assignments, participants receive structured development including:
- Operations and manufacturing leadership training
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Financial and operational performance management
- People leadership and workforce engagement
- Strategic decision-making and problem solving
- Each participant is paired with an executive mentor and program sponsor to support career growth and leadership development.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Operations Management
- Mechanical Engineering
- Business or related field
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain
- Willingness to relocate between sites as part of the program
- Strong leadership potential and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or operations
- Experience leading teams or projects
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and communication skills
