Summary

We are seeking a dedicated  Sr. Construction Inspector to join our team in Central Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects, contributing to our mission of excellence in engineering and consulting.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Perform quality control assessments on materials and workmanship.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to verify project specifications.
  • Document findings and prepare detailed reports on inspection results.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues identified during inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site.
  • Assist in the development of inspection plans and schedules.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on inspection outcomes.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a Construction Inspector or similar role in the construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods relevant to construction inspections.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ICC certification) are a plus.
