Internship Overview

The AI Workflow Automation Intern supports the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows across FanZ’s business operations. You’ll work with AI‑assisted tools, CRM systems, internal platforms, and process‑driven technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across departments.

This internship is ideal for students exploring careers in AI, automation, information systems, operations management, or business technology.

Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Workflow & Automation Development

  • Assist with designing and implementing automated workflows across internal systems.
  • Support CRM automation including task triggers, follow‑ups, notifications, and pipelines.
  • Help document business processes and convert them into structured automated workflows.

🤖 AI‑Assisted Operations

  • Work with AI‑powered tools used for internal operations and process optimization.
  • Support workflow testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.

🔗 Systems Integration

  • Assist with integrations between CRM, email, scheduling, and reporting tools.
  • Document automation logic, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Required Availability

Interns must attend weekly virtual meetings:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM MST
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM MST
  • Friday: 8:00 AM MST

SkillBridge participants must also attend:

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM MST

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Data Analytics
  • Business Analytics
  • Engineering
  • Operations Management
  • Management Information Systems
  • Or a related field

Additional expectations:

  • Interest in AI, automation, and business systems
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and structured workflows
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
