We’re looking for who is passionate about this product and wants to help shape the future of this brand.
What you’d do
-Run IG + TikTok day-to-day (post, film, edit, iterate)
-Build around our core content:
-Behind the scenes (building the brand in real time)
product-focused (fit, styling, drops)
-community (actually talking with people, not at them)
-Test constantly — hooks, formats, trends
-Engage with comments/DMs and turn that into content
-Figure out what’s working and double down
-Source and coordinate UGC creators when needed
-Capture simple, lo-fi UGC-style content yourself (iPhone, natural, not overproduced)
-Film behind-the-scenes moments as they happen — not everything should be planned
What matters most
This is an ownership role.
We don't want someone waiting for direction or just “managing posts.”
I want someone who:
-treats this like it’s theirs
-notices what’s off and fixes it
-cares about whether content actually works
-moves fast and doesn’t overthink
You’re probably a fit if
-you spend too much time on TikTok/IG and actually understand why things perform
-you have taste (you know what feels forced vs. natural)
-you can make content quickly without making it feel overproduced
-you’re comfortable being scrappy
Bonus if you’re comfortable being on camera or filming UGC-style content yourself.
