The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Teaching Supervisor to support and lead our instructional team. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who enjoys mentoring teachers, working closely with families, and ensuring high-quality instruction for students.
The Teaching Supervisor ensures teachers have everything they need to succeed — while also building meaningful relationships with students and parents and making a real difference in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, manage, motivate, observe, and evaluate part-time teachers
- Supervise instruction to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and quality
- Create and maintain student and teacher schedules and attendance records
- Administer student academic evaluations
- Conduct parent conferences and support ongoing family communication
- Handle initial inquiries and new student intakes
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in education, management, customer service, or sales preferred
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented
- Strong care and compassion for children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and dependable
