Investment Real Estate Sales Agent (Full-Time) - RFP Homes
RFP Homes is one of the fastest growing investment real estate brokerages in Texas, focused exclusively on single-family investment properties.
We are less than 50 agents, just over 3 years into building this company, and already a market maker in the DFW area. We are now scaling across Texas with a long-term vision of becoming a national powerhouse.
There is massive room to grow. We are looking for future leaders to help us build it.
About This Role
This is a full-time, 100% commission-based sales role.
A lot of people say they want to be entrepreneurs.
They say they want uncapped income and control over their future.
The reality is most people are not built for the pressure that comes with it. When things get hard, most quit.
This role is not for everyone.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with real estate investors
- Market and sell off-market single-family investment opportunities
- Generate and maintain a pipeline through outbound calls, follow-up, and networking
- Analyze and position deals for investor clients
- Maintain consistent communication with a large database of investors and prospects
- Participate in daily team collaboration, training, and performance tracking
