We are building something big.
RFP Homes is developing a fully automated, AI-driven recruiting engine designed to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier sales talent at scale. This system will operate 24/7 and fundamentally change how we source and hire.
We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial intern to help us bring this to life.
This is not a traditional internship. This is an opportunity to help build a real product that will be used inside a fast-growing investment real estate company - with the potential to turn into a full-time role.
What You’ll Be Working On
- You will work directly with leadership and our technical team to help design and build an AI-powered recruiting system that:
- Identifies our ideal candidate profiles across sales-driven industries (real estate, solar, leasing, athletics, etc.)
- Sources and scrapes candidate data from platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social channels
- Enriches candidate profiles with relevant data points (experience, contact info, signals)
- Helps deploy multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, SMS, social)
- Supports building an AI agent that engages candidates and follows up automatically
- Assists in creating an AI pre-screening system that qualifies candidates before they ever speak to a recruiter
- Helps route qualified candidates to book calls or complete applications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and building systems
- Technical curiosity (experience with APIs, scraping tools, or automation platforms is a plus)
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to build, not just observe
- Comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step instructions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Interest in recruiting, sales, or marketplace businesses is a plus

The Opportunity
- We are not looking for someone to “help out.”
- We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership and help us build a scalable recruiting engine that can generate thousands of candidates and materially impact company growth.

$$ Pay is TBD based on skill level and scope of project(s).
At a high level, we need a system that:
- Identifies our ideal candidate profile (commission-based sales, real estate, solar, leasing, athletes, etc.)
- Continuously scrapes and sources candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and databases
- Enriches that data (contact info, background, experience, signals)
- Runs reverse searches to find similar profiles that match our top performers
From there, the system should:
- Automatically launch multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, SMS, potentially Instagram/Facebook)
- Personalize messaging based on the candidate’s background
- Operate as a 24/7 AI recruiting agent that follows up multiple times intelligently
- Most importantly, we need an AI pre-screening layer that:
- Engages candidates in conversation (text/chat/voice)
- Qualifies for key criteria (commission comfort, sales mindset, long-term interest, location, etc.)
- Filters out low-quality or non-serious candidates
End goal actions:
- Book qualified candidates directly onto Calendly with Carly or recruiting team
- Or drive them to complete an application on our website
This system should:
- Continuously run in the background
- Learn from responses and improve over time
- Track performance across channels (response rates, booked calls, hires)
- The outcome we’re looking for:
- A fully automated, AI-powered recruiting funnel that sources, engages, qualifies, and routes top talent to our team - increasing volume and quality of candidates without increasing internal workload.
