As a Government Procurement & AI Research Intern, you’ll explore how public contracts are created, evaluated, and awarded—while learning how modern AI tools streamline research, compliance, and communication. This role is perfect for students interested in public policy, law, civic tech, government operations, or AI‑driven transformation, especially those who want hands‑on experience with real procurement pipelines and proposal development.
What You’ll Do
🏛️ Government Contract & Proposal Research
- Identify and analyze open solicitations from federal, state, and local procurement portals
- Use AI tools to summarize requirements, deadlines, compliance terms, and evaluation criteria
- Track opportunities across sectors like education, technology, public health, and youth development
- Support research that informs FanZ’s public‑sector strategy and partnership development
✍️ Proposal Writing & RFP Response Development
- Assist in drafting, refining, and organizing proposal materials
- Use large language models to generate outlines, compliance matrices, and narrative sections
- Collaborate with project managers and business development leads to build persuasive, accurate submissions
- Help ensure proposals meet federal, state, and institutional standards
📊 Procurement Strategy & Analytics
- Monitor trends in government spending and public‑sector priorities
- Support forecasting and opportunity analysis using AI‑enhanced research tools
- Help identify strategic fits for youth‑centered, educational, and technology‑driven initiatives
- Contribute to internal briefings and decision‑support materials
🤖 AI Integration & Government Communications
