Do you have a passion for nurturing and caring for infants? We are looking for a loving, dependable, and engaging Infant Teacher to join our team!

👶 Position Overview:
As an Infant Teacher, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children ages 0–18 months. You will support early development through responsive caregiving, intentional interactions, and daily routines.

💛 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive supervision and ensure the safety of all infants at all times
• Follow and maintain proper staff-to-child ratios
• Respond to infants’ cues and support emotional and physical needs
• Feed infants according to individual schedules and parent instructions
• Change diapers frequently and follow proper sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s care, routines, and milestones
• Support developmental growth through talking, singing, reading, and play
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

🧸 Qualifications:
• Experience working with infants preferred
• Knowledge of basic child development
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be reliable, patient, and nurturing

📚 Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, college hours preferred in early childhood
• Ability to pass background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
